Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in fiduciary services / trust administration / wealth / investments
• Experience in a financial services administrative support role
• Exposure to client servicing in a regulated environment
• Knowledge of FAIS and FICA is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end administrative support to the fiduciary team, including document preparation, data capturing, and case tracking.
• Maintain an efficient diary management system and ensure all follow-ups are actioned timeously.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding client documentation and ensure completeness of records.
• Assist with the onboarding and maintenance of client fiduciary services.
• Provide sales support to fiduciary specialists to improve efficiencies and drive client retention.
• Support preparation of client proposals, reports, and relevant documentation.
• Facilitate seamless client journeys by ensuring operational excellence across touchpoints.
• Monitor and control revenue and costs within the function.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal governance requirements.
