Job summary

Jackie Cory Recruitment seeks a Compliance and Client Co-Ordinator to manage FICA compliance and onboarding administration for new and existing clients. The role demands meticulous record-keeping and strong communication with clients and internal teams.

You will coordinate client registrations, maintain databases, track deadlines, and strive to improve processes to ensure compliance and efficient workflows within the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, client services, or compliance roles.
• Excellent computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with client databases or admin systems is advantageous.
• FICA or compliance experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative process for new client registrations and onboarding.
• Coordinate and maintain FICA compliance documentation.
• Follow up with clients to obtain outstanding information and documentation.
• Communicate professionally with clients in person and telephonically.
• Maintain and update client databases and ensure accuracy of records.
• Process client registrations, amendments and deregistrations accurately.
• Monitor outstanding tasks and follow through to completion.
• Ensure records and processes align with internal policies and compliance requirements.
• Identify gaps and resolve discrepancies with relevant departments.
• Improve administrative processes and streamline workflows.
