Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of cabling teams on site.
• Install, terminate, and test fibre optic and UTP structured cabling systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, site plans, and cabling schematics.
• Ensure all cabling works meet industry standards.
• Conduct site surveys and assist in planning routes and methods of installation.
• Monitor job progress and report regularly to the Project and Division Manager.
• Ensure correct usage and maintenance of tools, test equipment, and PPE.
• Maintain detailed records of work, including test results and project documentation.
• Supervise subcontractors or junior staff, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
• Liaise with clients and other contractors as required.
