A leading technology solutions provider located in Midrand is seeking a Sales Order Administrator for a 6-month contract. This role involves capturing orders on partner portals, monitoring deliveries, and addressing customer escalations. Ideal candidates will have extensive customer-facing experience, knowledge of fiber technology, and proficiency in Siebel and Oracle MSPI. A Matric qualification is essential, along with a relevant technical qualification being desirable.

Job description

Bitstream Sales Order Administrator

Duration: 6 months

Location: Midrand

Role purpose:

  • To capture orders onto partner portals and monitor the delivery against these orders, dealing with any fallouts and ensuring customers are informed.
  • Includes liaising with different role-players from infrastructure partners and internal sales teams.

Key accountabilities

  • To capture orders from the system onto partner portals and maintain said orders.
  • To review order quality coming from Sales channels and summarise feedback to Key Account Managers when corrective action is required.
  • To manage customer escalations relating to bitstream delivery calmly and effectively
  • To identify, summarise, & highlight delivery trends to managers.
  • To ensure data integrity on all orders relating to the network the agent assigned to.

  • Fibre general knowledge/experience (desirable)
  • Customer facing experience
  • Siebel, Oracle MSPI, knowledge
  • Computer Skills (Intermediate Excel)
  • 13-year experience in customer facing position (essential)

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • Matric, plus(required)
  • Relevant Technical Qualification (e.g. engineering) - Degree/Diploma/T3/S4/N6 National Diploma (Desirable)
