About the Position :

As a Fibre Sales Specialist, your job is to sell high-speed fibre internet to homes and businesses in your area. You'll be actively promoting fibre services, answering questions, and closing sales while providing top-notch customer service.

Main Duties :

1. Sales : Promote fibre services to new customers within specific areas.
2. Customer Engagement : Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction at all stages.
3. Sales Process : Manage and keep track of leads and sales using the company system (Solid).
4. Community Engagement : Participate in door-to-door sales, street events, mall activations, and other sales activities as directed by management.
5. Marketing Support : Share information about Fiber sales on social media and use sales collateral effectively.
6. Reporting : Track and report all sales activities daily, including leads, locations, interactions, and outcomes.
7. Equipment Care : Maintain all sales and marketing materials in good condition.
8. Feedback and Improvement : Suggest locations for activations and marketing opportunities to help improve team effectiveness.
9. Product Knowledge : Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date on HYPA product information and trends in telecommunications.
