About The Position
As a Fibre Sales Specialist, your job is to sell high-speed fibre internet to homes and businesses in your area. You’ll be actively promoting fibre services, answering questions, and closing sales while providing top-notch customer service.
Main Duties
Sales: Promote fibre services to new customers within specific areas.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction at all stages.
Sales Process: Manage and keep track of leads and sales using the company system (Solid).
Community Engagement: Participate in door-to-door sales, street events, mall activations, and other sales activities as directed by management.
Marketing Support: Share information about Fibre sales on social media and use sales collateral effectively.
Reporting: Track and report all sales activities daily, including leads, locations, interactions, and outcomes.
Equipment Care: Maintain all sales and marketing materials in good condition.
Feedback and Improvement: Suggest locations for activations and marketing opportunities to help improve team effectiveness.
Product Knowledge: Attend training sessions and keep up-to-date on HYPA product information and trends in telecommunications.
