The Body Shop is seeking candidates to work over the Festive period. The successful candidate will offer exceptional customer service during this time.

Purpose

To provide exceptional customer service over the festive trade period.

Job Objectives

• Deliver superior customer service by being visible and offering a friendly and professional service.
• Respond to basic product knowledge queries from customers.
• Assist or direct customers to products.
• Execute and maintain all merchandising duties according to store and visual merchandise standards.
• Efficiently restock shelves and assist in keeping the store clean and orderly.
• Wrap and bag items purchased by customers.
• Inform customers about promotions and offerings.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 certificate.
• Experience in sales or service environment (desirable).
