We're Hiring: Feed Production Supervisor | Bloemfontein
Location: Bloemfontein
Salary: R20,000 – R30,000 per month

Scholtz Partners International is recruiting on behalf of a leading player in the milling industry. We are looking for a highly experienced Feed Production Supervisor to oversee the production of animal feed, ensuring processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily feed production operations

Ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards

Implement and monitor quality control systems

Lead and supervise production teams

Minimum Requirements:
Valid driver’s licence and own transport

National Senior Certificate or equivalent to NQF4

Feed Miller Certification

5+ years’ supervisory experience in a feed production facility

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

In-depth knowledge of animal feed production processes

Strong understanding of quality control and industry regulations

Including: ISO 22000, Act 36 (Agriculture and Farm Feed)
