• Certifications in business analysis and Agile methodologies are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key intermediary between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and backlog refinement sessions.
• Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications and process flows.

The environment is dynamic, fast-paced, and committed to driving innovation across digital and operational solutions.This opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive at the intersection of business and technology-working collaboratively across cross-functional teams to refine features, unlock value, and guide delivery roadmaps.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a key intermediary between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders to translate business objectives into clear and testable requirementsFacilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and backlog refinement sessions.Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications, process flows, business rules, and user journeysMaintain and evolve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) aligned with ongoing solution enhancementsAssist in prioritizing features for delivery, using a value-driven and iterative mindset.Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle including testing, change management, and post-implementation validationMinimum Requirements5+ years' proven experience in a Feature Analysis, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting role within Agile teamsProficient in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe), including backlog management, user story creation, and sprint planningStrong business process mapping and documentation skills (e.g., BPMN, user story mapping, use cases)Ability to work collaboratively in diverse capability teams and across stakeholder levelsExposure to digital platforms or enterprise-scale system enhancements (advantageous)Certifications : Industry-recognized business analysis and Agile qualifications such as CBAP / CCBA (IIBA), Business Analysis Diploma or certification (FTI or similar) and Agile Certifications (SAFe Agilist, etc.
