You will be responsible for sourcing and communicating detailed feature requirements to various stakeholders.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring features adhere to the business requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to understand the scope of the feature and the business case.
- Review the Product Opportunity Assessment document for the feature, conduct competitor research to analyze similar features offered by competitors, and provide feedback to the Product Manager, UX Designer, and Tech Lead.
- Engage with the UX Designer to comprehend personas relevant to the project.
- Provide inputs into persona creation from research findings.
- Engage with various stakeholders inside and outside the organization to define product, business, legal, operations, sales, banking, and high-level technical requirements for the feature.
- Define the analytic tags needed to track feature utilization behavior and performance.
- Understand and communicate any impacts of the new feature on existing features.
- Document process flows showcasing different scenarios for the feature and share this with the UX designer.
- Provide UX Designer with realistic data for designs.
- Provide UI design feedback throughout the design process, ensuring adherence to business rules.
- Create detailed user stories based on signed-off UX designs, with quality assurance processes.
- Escalate risks and dependencies to the Delivery Manager and Product Manager.
- Source additional information from the team regarding requirements, including field details, validations, error states, and logic.
- Guide the delivery team through user journey designs and requirements, addressing questions.
- Maintain and update acceptance criteria and user stories as needed.
- Add items to the product backlog.
- Contribute to test case creation.
- Test features post-signoff to ensure alignment with business rules and raise bugs if necessary.
- Create product information documents, FAQs, and training materials.
- Contribute to SOPs or SLAs with third parties.
- Communicate updates to product T&Cs as required.
- Manage production defects, raise issues for backlog inclusion, and oversee hotfix releases.
- Assist Support team with customer queries when needed.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role focusing on feature analysis and delivery.
- Excellent understanding of software development processes.
- Good understanding of Agile and Scrum.
- Strong UI design knowledge.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or other project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Effective prioritization skills.
- Ability to work remotely and engage actively online.
Required Experience
Fintech experience is beneficial.

Package & Remuneration
Salary: R45 – R75 per month, depending on experience.
