Feature Analyst

Location: Cape Town or Johannesburg (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Contract Type: 6-Month Contract (Immediate Start)
Salary: R50,000 – R55,000 per month
Experience: 3–4 years required

Must be based in Cape Town or Gauteng (hybrid working model – 3 days onsite)

Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Feature Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team on a 6-month contract basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced Agile environments, loves unpacking complex requirements, and is passionate about delivering real business value.

As a Feature Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring clear and actionable requirements are delivered to drive product and project success.

Role Requirements:

• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Feature Analyst or Business Analyst
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Relevant certifications preferred:

• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
• Diploma in Business Analysis (FTI)
• Agile-related certifications
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders
