We're seeking a talented Feature Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital products and rewards programs. As a Feature Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that our products deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and end-users to elicit and understand business requirements.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify user needs and translate them into clear, concise, and actionable user stories.
3. Create detailed functional specifications and user stories, ensuring they are well-defined, testable, and aligned with the product vision.
4. Embrace Agile principles and practices to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
5. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
6. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure a smooth and efficient development process.
7. Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, and QA.
8. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
9. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather requirements, share insights, and drive consensus.
10. Ensure the quality of deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and tests.
11. Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and acceptance criteria.
12. Identify and resolve issues promptly, minimizing project risks.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Feature Analyst or Business Analyst in digital projects and rewards programs.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience.
3. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and their practical application.
4. Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, SAFe, Scrum) are a plus.
