Functional Skills: Strong analytical skill set in plant manufacturing QOS, quality tools & 8D problem solving method. Good English oral and written skills.

Qualifications
- Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or above
- No. of Years of Experience: 6+ years’ work experience, preferred in the automotive industry
- Professional Skills: TS16949 Assessor / Auditor certification is a plus
- Preferred experiences: Quality, STA/SQE or PD background
Responsibilities
- PPAP: Review & approval of supplier quality systems, processes, manufacturing & assembly set ups and production sample parts. Assign PPAP levels and complete PSW for VP parts, service parts, MC/OC parts and Reman parts etc.
- Supplier audit: Q1/MSA (Manufacturing Site Assessment): Conduct supplier manufacturing site audits to evaluate the quality capabilities of a supplier which will provide rationale for the sourcing decision. Lead Q1 process for assigned service unique suppliers & support production sites for FCSD Q1 endorsement.
- FLA Supplier audit: Support FLA project. Coordinate with supplier for FLA site audit per buyer request. Evaluate supplier capability according to FLA standard. Provide rationale to cross functional team for sourcing.
- External supplier QRs and Depot QRs: Support supplier and depot personnel to work on quality rejects, develop ICA and PCA with suppliers, and facilitate communication. Drive 3D/8D completion in system.
- Support purchasing: Assist in cost reduction initiatives and VOR processes.
