Job summary

Pepkor Speciality in Pretoria is seeking a Sales Executive to deliver exceptional customer service at the point of sale. You will use product knowledge to assist shoppers, ensure stock availability, maintain store presentation, and support loss prevention efforts.

The role requires a friendly, proactive communicator with retail experience and a keen eye for fashion trends, accuracy, and teamwork to help meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education required.
• At least 1 year experience in similar environment.
• Computer literate with good problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Give high class customer service at all times.
• Process customer merchandise through the tills.
• Assist customers with product selection to increase basket value.
• Ensure that all new/replenish merchandise is on the sales floor.
• Ensure that all ticketing and visual displays are in place.
• Support the store manager in day-to-day duties.
• Ensure store equipment is secured and accounted for.
• Be aware of health and safety rules.
• Understand daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Assist with action plan to minimize stock loss.
