You will be responsible for creating innovative product designs, leading packaging, and brand development, and overseeing the full lifecycle from concept to store, including supplier engagement, cost negotiation, sales forecasting, and seasonal supply chain planning.Key Responsibilities : Product & Packaging Design : Design seasonal collections across fashion accessories, gifting, and beauty lines (hair, bath, novelty, etc.
