Placements24 is recruiting a Farm Operations Supervisor in Richards Bay, KwaZulu-Natal, to manage day-to-day activities across our client’s diverse farming operations. This hands-on role leads a team of farm workers and ensures efficient planting, cultivation, harvesting, and field work, while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

You will coordinate planting schedules, irrigation, machinery use, and safety compliance, with a focus on cost-effective operations and reliable workflow

About the Role

Our client, a significant agricultural producer in the Richards Bay area, is seeking a motivated Farm Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day activities of their diverse farming operations. This hands‑on role is responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of planting, cultivation, and harvesting processes, as well as supervising a dedicated team of farm workers. You will play a key part in maintaining high productivity standards and ensuring the smooth functioning of all field activities, contributing to the overall success of the farm in KwaZulu-Natal.
