The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, is an excellent communicator, and has good knowledge of maintenance and mechanical practices in the farming sector.The successful candidate will be responsible for management of the vineyards, olive groves and artichoke fields, as well as the upkeep of the implements and vehicles. The role requires an individual who will work closely with the winemaker and the rest of the management team, to ensure optimal grape production for winemaking and efficient, profitable agricultural operations.
