The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For

1. Taking responsibility for Fairview Broiler site.
2. Managing staff, Production, Maintenance and Health & Safety.
3. Controlling own budget.
4. Maintaining the Company’s assets and constantly striving to improve results.

The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements

1. A Matric Qualification.
2. Relevant Degree / Diploma in Agriculture will be an advantage.
3. 3 - 5 years relevant Broiler experience or experience in managing a large Poultry Production complex.
4. Computer knowledge will be an added advantage.
5. The ideal Candidate must have high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail.
6. It is essential that the Candidate should have the passion for implementing 20 Keys.
7. The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.
