About the Role Our client is a large-scale agricultural producer looking for an experienced and results-oriented Farm Manager to oversee operations in the Centurion region. This position involves the day-to-day management of all farming activities, including crop planning, planting, cultivation, pest control, harvesting, and post-harvest handling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient use of resources, maximizing crop yields, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This is a hands-on management role requiring a deep understanding of commercial crop production and a strong leadership aptitude. You will be instrumental in driving productivity and profitability on the farm.
