Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment in operating condition and diagnose breakdowns promptly.
• Supervise and lead equipment operators and record hours worked.
• Perform off-season maintenance in the workshop.
• Ensure field operations are executed correctly and on time.
• Record input usage (fertilizer, pesticides, fuel) for each field and cooperate with the Farm Agronomist on in-field trials.
