• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business/financial analysis, preferably within the agricultural sector.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Good understanding of agricultural operations and the challenges faced by the industry.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with hybrid work models and remote work tools is beneficial.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Kimberley for on-site responsibilities.

Responsibilities
