Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and representation in divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and maintenance matters.


• Draft and negotiate settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, and other family law-related documents.


• Represent clients in court hearings and mediations concerning family law issues.


• Advise clients on the division of assets and liabilities in divorce cases.


• Ensure clients understand their rights and obligations under family law.

Requirements

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience specializing in Family Law .


• Proven experience in handling divorce, custody, and maintenance cases.


• In-depth knowledge of the Children's Act and the Matrimonial Property Act.


• Excellent client management and communication skills, demonstrating empathy.


• Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
