Job summary

Qualifications

• FETC in Business, Commerce and Management Studies required.
• FAIS fit and proper competency requirements as per FAIS Act 37 of 2002.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, dealing effectively with requests, answering queries, taking responsibility for processing each enquiry through to a satisfactory conclusion
• Process enquiries in accordance with legislation, procedures and protocols across all service areas and service level agreements
• Comply with FAIS fit and proper competency requirements as set out by FAIS Act 37 of 2002 and pursue continuous personal growth and development
• Always act in accordance with the General Code of Conduct as articulated by FAIS Act 37 of 2002
