Job summary

Absa Bank Limited is seeking a specialist adviser to provide day-to-day support and execute predefined objectives according to SOPs. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders, drive sales targets, and ensure compliance and risk management standards across the broker practice.

The role focuses on managing broker staff (including assistants and interns), aligning responsibilities, and contributing to a compliant, growth-oriented banking service.

Qualifications

• FETC in Business, Commerce and Management Studies is required.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders and regulators is advantageous.
• Ability to contribute toward achieving sales targets and maintain compliance.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Stakeholder Management: Actively promote and manage the collaborative engagement of internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, suppliers, clients, service providers, business partners and other Absa entities
• Sales Target : Proactively make self-initiated contact with customers in order to deliver against the required sales targets
• Compliance and Risk Management: Fulfil all activities in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards
