Responsibilities :

  • Manage and monitor Factory Mart stock levels nationally to ensure supply meets demand.
  • Capture and process orders accurately in Syspro and coordinate with Supply Chain for timely deliveries.
  • Review inventory levels by SKU and ensure stores maintain adequate stock aligned with budgets.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve out-of-stock issues and expedite orders.
  • Support sales initiatives by collaborating with marketing and procurement on promotions and special projects.
  • Obtain quotes for equipment and sundry items, ensuring accurate pricing and procurement.
  • Load updated pricing structures into systems as directed by management.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, store teams, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Matric or Grade 12 equivalent (mandatory); tertiary qualification in business, logistics, or related field (advantageous).
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in buying, procurement, or demand planning roles.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Email, and Syspro.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and service excellence.
