Nestlé is seeking a Factory Maintenance Engineer for its Mossel Bay site. This role involves managing maintenance programs, budgeting for asset utilization, and building engineering capabilities within the maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in engineering management, preferably in an FMCG-related manufacturing environment and effective leadership skills.
Location: Mossel Bay
Qualification: Engineering Degree or Technical college degree
Experience: 5 years’ experience in engineering management (plant maintenance, machinery and processing equipment and packaging equipment), with 2 years in a leadership role preferably in FMCG-related manufacturing environment

In this role you will be responsible for supporting and participating in the implementation and execution of the factory asset maintenance program aimed to eliminate unplanned stops and optimize maintenance cost and as a result increase asset intensity.
