Looking for a Factory Floor Manager - Fabrication Industry

Key Responsibilities:

1. Management of welders, boilermakers, polishers, and an artisan workforce of approximately 30 artisans.
2. Ensure adherence to deadlines and production schedules.
3. Provide hands-on supervision and leadership to the team.

Qualifications:

1. Passion for fabrication.
2. Knowledge of steel; knowledge of stainless steel is an advantage.
3. Previous supervisory experience is required.
4. Excellent problem-solving and planning skills.
5. Good team leadership abilities.
6. Excellent eye for detail.
7. Some knowledge of welding.

Must be very deadline-driven and eager to join a dynamic team.
