Duties and Responsibilities:
Financial Costing and Reporting
- Prepare and submit import cost files for SAP updates.
- Assist with scanning projects and act as a backup for the Management Accountant.
- Maintain and correct Material Master data.
- Monitor scanning processes, liaise with factory systems, and take corrective actions.
- Prepare daily production scrap reports and attend related meetings.
- Compile monthly lead balancing and scrap reports.
- Review and report on stock counts across all sites.
Stock Control- Coordinate and assist with factory stock counts.
- Investigate and resolve stock variances.
- Report stock count results to management.
Compliance- Operate within procedures to ensure integrity and compliance.
- Identify and report risks to management.
- Ensure compliance with regulations to prevent wasteful spending.
Customer Service- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Represent the company in meetings and solve problems with integrity.
Cost and Financial Control- Contribute to budget preparation.
- Promote efficient and transparent use of resources.
- Explore cost-saving opportunities

RequirementsDegree in Finance/Management Accounting or related fields (NQF 6)
Possession of or studying towards CIMA advantageous
Manufacturing experience (advantageous)
Experience in cost accounting/reporting or equivalent
