Purpose of the position :
The Facility Team Lead will oversee facility performance and ensure the successful achievement of program deliverables, including supporting QI, Case Management, Viral monitoring, CLI, eLabs, and RTCQI. They will support the Department of Health (DoH) in CLI aspects at SPI-RT Level 3 and 4 facilities, engaging at least once a month for Level 3 and quarterly for Level 4 facilities. The project aims to strengthen local capacity through technical support, mentorship, and direct service delivery to TB and HIV services, interacting with Ward Based PHC Outreach Teams (WBPHCOT) and Community Based Organisations (CBO) as needed.
