Facility Manager position available inSandton, Johannesburg.

Are you a strategic thinker who also thrives on operational control? Join the hospitality industry’s front line as a Facility Manager and ensure that multiple high-end properties run like clockwork. From managing teams and contractors to keeping safety and compliance tight, you’ll be at the center of it all.

Get hands-on with the daily running of some of the most renowned hotels in the industry. Each day brings new challenges and the chance to shape operational excellence across sites.

Salary: R45,000 – R50,000 CTC per month.

What You’ll Need:

  • Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or Construction
  • 5+ years in a multi-site facilities management role
  • Deep knowledge of OHSA, SANS, and municipal bylaws
  • Proven leadership in managing contractors and internal teams
  • Strong background in HSE, maintenance, and project management
  • Valid driver’s license required

Your Core Focus Areas:

  • Execute a national facilities strategy
  • Oversee budgets, SLAs, and audits
  • Ensure regulatory and safety compliance (OHSA, SANS)
  • Drive energy efficiency and sustainability goals
  • Manage refurbishments, upgrades, and reporting
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team and coordinate vendor performance
