Qualifications

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar facilities management role.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, tools, and equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Good problem solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Conduct repairs to building structures, equipment, and fixtures as needed.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
• Ensure all work performed complies with safety regulations and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and supply usage.
