Placements24 is seeking a proactive and experienced Janitorial Services Lead to manage cleaning operations across facilities in Mahikeng. You will oversee a team of janitorial staff, implement cleaning schedules, and ensure work is performed to the highest standards.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, and a solid understanding of health and safety in commercial settings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a janitorial or cleaning supervisory role.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of janitorial staff to ensure high performance.

• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
