Jobs 4 All is seeking a Facilities Manager to lead the ammonia refrigeration facility within a FMCG environment in the Western Cape. You will drive the facilities plan, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise project delivery, and oversee asset maintenance across plant rooms, cold stores, and related systems.

The role requires 5+ years in FMCG facilities management, SAFMA/UCT/A4FM/CFM qualification, and strong budgeting, leadership and safety focus.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as Facilities Manager in FMCG with an ammonia plant.
• Relevant facilities management qualifications and leadership ability.
• Strong budgeting, planning and safety compliance experience.

Responsabilités

• Ensure regulatory compliance and pass Excellence Charter standards.
• Develop and execute a facilities plan aligned to strategy.
• Manage Ammonia Refrigeration Plant uptime and safety.
• Oversee project management, supplier oversight, and installations.
• Control Opex/Capex spend and asset maintenance programs.
• Lead risk management, incident response, and safety drills.
• Maintain environmental, health, safety (OHS) and regulatory records.
