Qualifications

• Prior experience in a commercial or institutional cleaning role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage.
• Ability to operate floor polishers and carpet cleaners.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks (standing, bending, lifting).

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms and kitchen areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper waste disposal.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Respond to cleaning requests and emergencies promptly.
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report larger issues to facilities manager.
