Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of facilities management or plant engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical systems, and plumbing.
• Experience with CMMS software for maintenance management.
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage budgets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance programs for all building systems and equipment.
• Manage facility-related projects, including renovations, equipment installations, and system upgrades.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of external contractors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations related to facilities management.
• Respond to and resolve facility emergencies and urgent repair needs.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement strategies for energy efficiency and cost savings.
