About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive Facilities Cleaning Coordinator to manage cleaning operations remotely. You will be responsible for overseeing cleaning schedules, managing external cleaning vendors, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and coordinating with on-site facility managers. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive cleaning schedules for multiple facilities across different locations.
• Oversee and manage contracts with third-party cleaning service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct regular virtual inspections and performance reviews of cleaning services and staff.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with on-site facility teams to address specific cleaning needs and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor budgets for cleaning supplies and services, identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Facilities Manager , Cleaning Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of cleaning best practices, supplies, and equipment.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills , with the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with facilities management software or CMMS is a plus.
