Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner or in a related facilities maintenance role.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, materials, and methods.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Physical capability to perform demanding cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning routines for offices, restrooms, common areas, and specialized zones as per schedule.
• Operate and maintain cleaning machinery, including floor buffers and industrial vacuums.
• Manage waste management systems, including collection, sorting, and disposal in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Respond promptly to cleaning emergencies and requests from facility management.
