Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilitator/Subject Matter Expert in Logistics/Supply Chain Management located in Durban. The primary responsibilities include developing and delivering training programs, providing subject matter expertise in logistics and supply chain management, and ensuring the effective transfer of knowledge. The role also involves assessing training needs, designing curriculum, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Logistics, Supply Chain Management, and Inventory Management
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs and instructional materials
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role and in the industry is preferred
