Job summary

Jobs 4 All in Gauteng seeks an experienced Head of Finance & Risk to oversee departmental operations, credit risk, collections, and compliance, while mentoring staff and ensuring policy adherence.

You will manage cross-border financing, asset recovery, asset records, and reporting to the executive committee, collaborating with sales, procurement, and legal teams to optimise processes and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar F&I, credit, risk, or finance management role.
• Experience managing cross-border finance.
• Experience in asset and vehicle recovery.
• Strong credit management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree as listed or equivalent FAIMS/FICA/NCA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily department operations ensuring efficient workflows and policy adherence.
• Manage credit risk, limits, portfolio reviews, and performance trends.
• Lead collections, debtor management, and weekly/monthly reporting.
• Supervise legal processes, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Oversee asset management including vehicle registrations and asset audits.
• Drive procurement and vendor management in line with approvals.
• Provide leadership, development plans, and succession strategies.
• Drive revenue growth through strategic client engagements.
