We’re on the lookout for a Finance & Insurance Manager to join a high-performing dealership team. You’ll be the driving force behind our vehicle finance, aftermarket product sales, and customer finance solutions — while ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and monthly delivery targets.

What You’ll Do:

️ Guide customers through finance options, credit applications, and insurance add-ons

️ Sell value-added aftermarket products (extended warranties, protection plans, etc.)

️ Evaluate customer credit and affordability using scoring tools & documentation checks

️ Ensure full FICA, NCA & FAIS compliance across all vehicle finance deals

️ Handle CRM approval stages, document verification, and pre-delivery validations

️ Engage clients pre-delivery and post-sale for payment reminders and satisfaction follow-ups

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive F&I

FAIS Accredited + NCA Certification (essential)

Grade 12, with a relevant degree or diploma preferred

High attention to detail, strong negotiation skills & excellent customer engagement

Able to manage 60+ vehicle finance deals per month

Familiarity with systems like Signio, dealership CRMs, and MS Office Suite
