Job description

• Present and sell finance, lease, and insurance products to the dealership customers.
• Accurately complete and submit loan applications to financial institutions, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide exceptional service by clearly explaining financing options, warranty packages, and insurance products, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Work with the sales team to structure deals that are both profitable for the dealership and within the buyers financial capacity.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and complies with dealership policies, legal standards, and financial regulations.
• Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of all finance and insurance products, lender requirements, and relevant legislation.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports for all finance and insurance transactions, submitting them as required by management and finance partners.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and profitability targets for F&I products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with banks, credit providers, and insurance companies.
