- Maintain a thorough and up-to-date knowledge of all finance and insurance products, lender requirements, and relevant legislation.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports for all finance and insurance transactions, submitting them as required by management and finance partners.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and profitability targets for F&I products and services.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with banks, credit providers, and insurance companies.
- Great interpersonal skills.
