Job description

Our hospitality client is a destination Wine Farm with a European twist. Wedding and Corporate events. Culinary, educational and outdoor experiences for the whole family.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets including fine dining restaurant, wine tasting rooms, events, and private dining experiences.
  2. Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver service excellence aligned with 5-star standards.
  3. Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
  4. Collaborate with Executive Chef and Head Sommelier on menu planning, wine pairing, and seasonal offerings.
  5. Maintain high standards of hygiene, health and safety across all areas.
  6. Drive revenue through innovation, upselling, and exceptional service delivery.
  7. Manage budgets, inventory, and supplier relationships with a focus on cost efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in F&B management, preferably within a luxury hotel, wine estate, or fine dining environment.
  2. Proven leadership and team development skills.
  3. Extensive knowledge of wines and wine service; WSET qualification a strong advantage.
  4. Strong understanding of hospitality software and point-of-sale systems.
  5. Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  6. A commitment to excellence, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction.
