Position available for External Sales Representative with Automotive parts and spares knowledge in Centurion.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Customer Care and/or Marketing diploma, degree, and/or relevant experience
- At least 5 years of automotive aftermarket external parts sales experience within Customer Care / Sales
- Experience with a number of systems
- Valid & Current driver’s license
- Experience within the sales environment within the automotive industry
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achievement of sales budget as set by management from time to time
- Educate customers on product ranges; assist with quotes
- Answer all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Offer a variety of product-related solutions to clients
- Utilise inbound call opportunities to generate sales and renewals
- Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their business
- Identify potential customer needs/opportunities to grow our business and discuss with Sales Manager
- Conduct follow-up calls on a daily basis to customers who have expressed an interest in our products
- Ensure that all complaints are captured and reported to relevant stakeholders and that constant feedback is given to the customer
