Position available for External Sales Representative with Automotive parts and spares knowledge in Centurion.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Customer Care and/or Marketing diploma, degree, and/or relevant experience
  • At least 5 years of automotive aftermarket external parts sales experience within Customer Care / Sales
  • Experience with a number of systems
  • Valid & Current driver’s license
  • Experience within the sales environment within the automotive industry
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achievement of sales budget as set by management from time to time
  • Educate customers on product ranges; assist with quotes
  • Answer all incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Offer a variety of product-related solutions to clients
  • Utilise inbound call opportunities to generate sales and renewals
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and demonstrate how we can add value to their business
  • Identify potential customer needs/opportunities to grow our business and discuss with Sales Manager
  • Conduct follow-up calls on a daily basis to customers who have expressed an interest in our products
  • Ensure that all complaints are captured and reported to relevant stakeholders and that constant feedback is given to the customer
