Position Title: CCTV AND ACCESS CONTROL EXTERNAL SALES SPECIALIST
Reporting to: Managing Member
Location: Malvern, Germiston, Gauteng
Package: R15k to R35k / month basic (Rk-RK / year) depending on business potential. No Medical Aid or Provident Fund.

They are the market leader in audio and video intercoms and are expanding into home automation, photovoltaic systems, and other security products.

Job Purpose and Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead SALES PROJECTS for our new CCTV and ACCESS CONTROL division. The role involves promoting products, providing customer support, and contributing to company success. Candidates must have relevant experience, an existing client base, and a proven sales record. Immediate contribution to turnover is required. Own reliable transport and proximity to the office are essential. The candidate should be a self-starter with minimal supervision, demonstrating achievement in CCTV and Access Control fields, with a positive attitude.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, internal sales, or counter sales.
2. Existing portfolio of projects and customers.
3. Experience in calling on existing and new customers as per call cycles.
4. Ability to develop new customers per company strategy.
5. Experience in designing CCTV systems tailored to customer needs.
6. Ability to serve customers at the trade counter and demonstrate products.
7. Provide excellent after-sales service, technical support, and project assistance.
8. Proficiency in preparing quotations, processing orders, invoicing, and packaging.
9. Distribution experience is a plus.
10. Good fault-finding skills on CCTV systems.
11. Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
12. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, proactive, eager to learn.
13. Good understanding of IT networks; installation experience is a bonus.

Territory: Based at Malvern East, Germiston, interacting with customers nationally, mainly in Gauteng, with no territorial limitations.

Package Details: Basic salary from R15k to R35k/month based on experience and sales potential. 15 days holiday/year. Candidates will undergo a technical test after initial interviews, involving designing a CCTV system based on a customer brief.
