Our national client based in Cape Town requires a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to be responsible for promoting and selling a well-established, locally manufactured workwear brand to a portfolio of clients, including restaurants, hotels, and lodges.

The ideal candidate is confident in engaging with new prospects, has a strong drive to grow business, and is equally committed to nurturing existing client relationships. You will be managing a solid customer base while actively seeking new opportunities to expand your territory.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of external sales experience, ideally within the hospitality or related industries
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Must have own reliable transport and a valid driver’s license
• Comfortable travelling to various client sites regularly

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality sector
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
• Conduct regular client visits to showcase product offerings and secure orders
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on leads
• Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner
