Sales Representative - Fleet Safety Solutions
Location: Pretoria or Benoni or KZN
Job Description:
You will be the front of the company, contributing to the growth of our business in the Fleet Safety Solutions sector.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization (Hunter)
2. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships.
3. Present and sell company products to potential clients.
4. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
5. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
6. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and market trends.
7. Participate in trade shows and conventions.
8. Generate reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Requirements:
1. Proven sales experience
2. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
3. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a persistent nature.
4. Understanding of sales performance metrics
5. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and selling skills [very resilient, energetic character]
7. Ability to build productive business professional relationships
8. Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales [ability to present to CEO level]
9. Valid driving license
10. Flexibility to travel to Africa

Salary: R35k basic, plus R7k travel allowance, plus commission from first sale [up to R180k per quarter, based on actual sales], guaranteed 13th check
