External Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
2. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
3. Conduct on-site visits to client facilities, assess needs, and propose packaging solutions.
4. Prepare and present quotations and product presentations.
5. Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market intelligence.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met.
8. Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments.

Requirements:

1. Matric
2. Proven experience in external sales, preferably within manufacturing, packaging, plastic, or flexible packaging industries.
3. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication.
5. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
6. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
7. Own reliable transport.
8. Strong administrative skills.
