A leading plastic injection moulding company based in Germiston is seeking a results-driven External Sales Representative with a strong background in New Business Development and Customer Retention. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing organisation at the forefront of the packaging and manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Grow revenue by effectively managing a diverse customer base.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback.
• Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 5 - 10 years external sales experience, preferably in packaging or plastic injection moulding.
• Proven track record of sales performance with targets met or exceeded.
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
