Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Technical Manufacturing environment
  • Experience in developing new business
  • Driver's license and own reliable vehicle
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Working knowledge of ERP / CRM systems such as Syspro, Microsoft Navision, or similar

Duties

  • Visit existing and potential new customers, follow up on outstanding tasks, and provide feedback through interaction logs daily. Schedule follow-up visits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure continuous growth, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Secure orders from at least two new customers each month.
  • Maintain positive relationships with existing customers, visiting as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Promote sales by differentiating the company's products and services, collaborating with the Technical and Quality Departments as needed.
  • Identify potential new products.
  • Authorize stopping or isolating any product or process that deviates from approved procedures to prevent non-conforming products from leaving the premises.
  • Report non-conformances clearly and institute corrective actions where appropriate.
  • Maintain professionalism in all dealings, adhering to statutory, legal, and company policies and procedures.
