Duties
- Visit existing and potential new customers, follow up on outstanding tasks, and provide feedback through interaction logs daily. Schedule follow-up visits.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to ensure continuous growth, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
- Secure orders from at least two new customers each month.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers, visiting as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote sales by differentiating the company's products and services, collaborating with the Technical and Quality Departments as needed.
- Identify potential new products.
- Authorize stopping or isolating any product or process that deviates from approved procedures to prevent non-conforming products from leaving the premises.
- Report non-conformances clearly and institute corrective actions where appropriate.
- Maintain professionalism in all dealings, adhering to statutory, legal, and company policies and procedures.
