RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Servicing new and existing customers/accounts to obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules for the company's range of products.
- Preparing sales presentations by studying different customer types and the various products in the group portfolio.
- Focusing sales efforts by analyzing existing and potential customer volumes and focusing on buying potential in your area.
- Submitting orders by referring to price lists, product literature, and related sales guides.
- Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work summaries, and monthly and quarterly territorial analyses.
- Monitoring competition by gathering marketplace information on pricing, products, and selling techniques.
- Resolving customer complaints by relaying problems, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending training and workshops.
- Managing and maintaining client accounts to ensure they remain in good standing.
- Attending weekly sales meetings at the office.
KPI's :
- Number of new and existing clients visited.
- Number of quotations generated.
- Regular inputting and updating of CRM.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Presenting personal sales strategy for the quarter.

REQUIREMENTS :
- 3+ years proven sales experience and record of accomplishment.
- Qualification in Business/Sales Management or related field is an advantage.
- Experience in the printing technology industry is an advantage.
